Return & Exchange Policy

Sandeela is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!

We value our customers & we value their satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product you bought from us, we would love to solve the problem & replace that item happily for you!

We have a very smooth exchange procedure for the product you bought from us. Kindly read our return & exchange policy below before placing your order so that you are aware of the policy beforehand:

Returns:

  1. Kindly note before buying anything from Sandeela that there’s no return policy as such unless:
  • You were sent an item other than what you ordered for.
  • The item was damaged at the time of delivery.
  • The item was defective at the time of delivery.
  • Wrong size of the item was sent to you.
  1. Only for the above-mentioned cases, we’ll arrange a pickup within Pakistan.
  2. To return an item, the international customers will have to courier it back to us.
  3. Sandeela doesn’t offer money refund. Instead, you will be given an online store credit of the same value. This credit will let you buy any item from our store worth that amount within 3 months.

Exchanges:

  1. An item can be easily exchanged ONLY IF:
  • The exchange request is made within 7 days from the day of order delivery.
  • The item is unused.
  • The tags are all intact.
  • The item is in original condition.
  • The packing is in original condition.
  • The courier slip is presented.
  1. Semi-formal & formal dresses cannot be exchanged.
  2. Unstitched items cannot be exchanged after they’re cut or stitched.
  3. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Procedure for Local Customers:

  1. First, you’ll have to either write an email to us requesting for an exchange along with the reason & your order details OR you’ll have to make a request through the form on our ‘Contact Us’ page.
  2. We’ll arrange a free pickup from your place in case you got a wrong, defective or damaged item & a charged pickup otherwise.
  3. For the products you’ll buy the second time, the shipping & handling charges by the courier service will be borne by you. This amount will simply be added to your purchase amount.
  4. The same charges borne by Sandeela on the first delivery will not be added to the price.
  5. In case the product you buy the second time is of lesser value, you’ll be given an online store credit of the remaining value. This credit will let you buy any item from our store worth that amount within 3 months.

Exchange Procedure for International Customers:

  1. First, you’ll have to either write an email to us requesting for an exchange along with the reason & your order details OR you’ll have to make a request through the form on our ‘Contact Us’ page.
  2. You’ll have to courier the product back to us for any kind of exchange.
  3. In case the product you buy the second time is of lesser value, you’ll be given an online store credit of the remaining value. This credit will let you buy any item from our store worth that amount within 3 months.

Shipping:

  • We use TCS (nationwide) & FedEx (worldwide) for our order delivery.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 2,500 throughout Pakistan.
  • International customers have to pay for the shipping charges based on the total weight.

Taxes & Custom Duties for International Customers:

You’ll have to bear the taxes & custom duties in case they are charged in your country.

Order Cancellation:

  1. After placing an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours. Once the shipping procedure has started (which normally starts after 24 hours), you won’t be able to cancel it.
  2. Sandeela doesn’t offer any kind of money back guarantee to its international customers upon cancellation. Instead, you will be given an online store credit of the same value with the deduction of the shipping cost. This credit will let you buy any item from our store worth that amount within 3 months.
  3. Sandeela may cancel orders for various reasons e.g., the product being out of stock, credit card payment being declined by the relevant financial authority, pricing errors being identified, etc.
  4. Kindly note that we never preserve your credit card details.

Product Disclaimer:

Although we try our best to capture photos of our products & write their descriptions in such a way that they are as close to the real products’ colours & other details as possible, you may still experience slight difference in their shades. This difference can be due to multiple reasons e.g., the lighting used at the time of photo shoot, the indoor/outdoor option used for the shoot, your mobile/laptop settings, the environment around the product during the shoot, etc. Sandeela does not take responsibility for slight differences in colours since it’s something beyond our control.

Free shipping on all orders above PKR 2,500. Delivery time is 5 – 12 working days for nationwide shipping & 7 – 15 working days for international shipping.
